Are you always tired? What’s the reason and what to do about it

On some days it can be extremely difficult to take the necessary time for a proper, well balanced meal. We schedule meetings all over the city, work late hours, fulfilling difficult if not impossible targets, and even try and squeeze twenty five hours into a day. Very often all we have time for is a very quick cup of coffee, maybe a snack and a pastry from the closest vendor. There is no doubt that you will feel energized after such a break, but the truth is that you are eating wrong food. After a while you might develop metabolic problems and you’ll start wondering how come I am constantly feeling so very tired. But that’s not all, during all that time you have been depriving your body of vital nutrients. Now you see that what you eat, how you spend your free time, stress, anxiety, your overall medical condition and many other things can make it clear how come you’re always so very tired.

Anger, anxiety and being under stress can harm your emotional well being and that can be the reason why you’re always tired. Your blood pressure increases and some damaging hormones such as adrenaline are secreted in your body. The main reason why you might be feeling always tired right after getting mad is that the body needs to reroute its already scarce energy reserves to restrain the rising blood pressure and hormones. In fact, losing your temper too often can be lethal if you are suffering from high blood pressure with compromised cardiac status.

Sometimes, some of the commonly prescribed pills especially those intended to treating depression may cause you to always feel tired. Treating cancer for example often entails extended energy sapping treatments and in the end you might end up feeling always tired.

Anemic persons also complain of feeling tired. In this case, a patient has a low red blood cell count. Red blood cells bring oxygen to the cells of the body. Having a low level of red blood cells may be a sing of the fact that many millions of cells inside your body are not getting enough oxygen. In that case you’ll feel always tired much more regularly.

Here is what you can do in an event that you’re feeling always tired. Clean your body with a refreshing glass of lemon water. Make sure you consume a lot of fresh fruits and green vegetables in your diet. They are the most natural reserve of useful nutrients. Limit the intake of all drinks containing alcohol to the minimum and try to avoid smoking altogether. Try to avoid stress both at home as well as your office. You and your family live longer and better lives. A physical fitness routine like jogging everyday or joining a gym is one of the best ways to keep your body in form. What is more you will not feel always tired ever again.
